Kaidi Laur
I have worked in advertising, media and marketing. Most recently, I was part of the development and marketing team of one of Estonia’s newest entertainment and shopping centre, T1 Mall of Tallinn, before deciding to dedicate myself to my own path.
Because of my work, I have organized many different large events and concerts with co-partners. For example, the last one was Mvula.
I have experience in a media agency Estonia Mediacom where my mission was to enhance ordinary media plans (sponsorship, viral, unthinkable outdoor, guerrilla, event marketing, etc).
Before that, I was a marketing director in one of the biggest shopping malls in Estonia, in Kristiine Center. The role involved developing strategic and also tactical plans to achieve brand objectives, managing the budget, and building up a highly motivated team of creative, media, event marketing, and PR agencies.
Before that, I was a project manager in the advertising agency Taevas Ogilvy. I was managing big clients such as SEB Bank, A le Coq, Eesti Energia, Toyota, etc.
Birgit Pilve
I own my own company, DekoVägi, which is involved in decorating for various events. In my work I am in daily contact with different event organisers, artists and partners who help to put together an event.
I lived in Norway for 3 years. I worked in one of the most well known historic hotels where I was responsible for the smooth customer service of the whole hotel. I have also been part of the service team of the Queen of Norway two times.
For 10 years I worked in the biggest concert hall in Estonia – Alexela Concert Hall. I was in charge of the entire service staff, all the coffee shops and the customer zone.
All back stage was my responsibility and I have been exposed to great artists like: James Blunt, Toto, Deva Premal, Postmodern Jukebox, etc.
